We sell digital products, including budgeting spreadsheets, savings trackers, calculators, financial organisation templates, guides, checklists and other resources described on the website. Each product page explains what is included, the file format, supported software, and any known limitations. Product screenshots may contain sample data and may not represent your personal financial circumstances.
We aim to ensure product descriptions, screenshots and examples are accurate. However, features may change as products are updated, screenshots may differ slightly from the purchased version, and calculations depend on the information you enter. You are responsible for checking that a product is suitable for your intended use before purchasing.
Prices are displayed in Australian dollars. The price payable is the price shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes or charges shown before payment. Payments are processed through Stripe. We do not intentionally store full payment-card numbers on our own systems. You must provide accurate information when purchasing, including your email address — we are not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect email address.
After successful payment, access to your purchased product is provided via a secure download link shown on the checkout confirmation page, and also sent to your email address. If you do not receive your product, check your spam and junk folders before contacting hello@moneydetective.com.au.
Unless the product page states otherwise, your purchase gives you access to the version available at the time of purchase.
Your purchase gives you a limited licence to use the product under our Template Licence. Unless the product page states otherwise, you may download, store, personalise, modify for your own use, and print information from the product, for your own household use.
Unless we give written permission, you must not resell the original product, share the original file or your download link publicly, upload the product elsewhere, reproduce it as a competing product, or remove branding or copyright notices.
The Money Detective website, written content, spreadsheets, templates, formulas, layouts and branding remain our intellectual property unless stated otherwise. Your purchase gives you permission to use the product under the applicable licence — it does not transfer copyright or ownership to you. Any personal data you enter into a template remains yours.
