Unless the product page states otherwise, your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased template. You may download it, store a copy, enter your own information, modify it for your own use, print information it generates, and use it within your own household.
Unless a different licence is stated on the product page, one purchase is intended for the purchaser's personal or household use. Contact us if you want to use a template with clients, across a business team, in a school or organisation, or within a paid service.
Without written permission, you must not resell the original template, redistribute the original file, upload it to a website or file-sharing platform, copy substantial parts of it, use it to create a competing product, remove branding, or claim you created it.
Alexandria Buhot retains ownership of the template, design, formulas, written content and associated intellectual property. Your purchase gives you permission to use the template under this licence — it does not transfer ownership or copyright to you. Your own personal data entered into the template remains yours.
If you breach this licence, we may suspend support and take reasonable steps to protect our intellectual property. This doesn't affect any rights or remedies available under Australian law.
